What to do when you arrive on campus?
Upon arrival, all visitors shall report to the main office of the school or district complex. Any visitor attempting to gain access through other entrances will be denied entry. At this time, visitors will be directed by signage to press the video call box. Once the call box is pressed, a staff member will ask you to state your name and reason for your visit. All visitors shall present a valid government-issued photo identification card. This identification will also be scanned into our electronic visitor management program (RAPTOR). Once the scan is complete, a badge will be printed for the visitor to wear in a visible manner during the duration of their visit.
What to do next?
All visitors will be given clear and concise directions on entering the building and proceeding with their business. Again, we welcome all visitors to our district and look forward to seeing you soon. We also thank you for doing your part to keep our district safe.
