Dr. Marczak and Cowboy Dan

MCPS had a visit by TV Personality, Advocate for the Farmer and Rancher, Cowboy Dan to visit our nutrition department and talk to us about how MCPS delivers meals to students. Dan learns that farmers are still farming, still feeding and still giving hope throughout this great country while dealing with Covid-19. In his visit he interviews Superintendent Dr. Chris Marczak, Nutrition Director Brian Parkhurst and Associate Director for Ag in the Classroom, Chris Fleming from Farm Bureau. Dan talked to a family picking up their meals at McDowell Elementary and what they liked best about the meals! Thanks Cowboy Dan for taking the time to visit and tell everyone about our passion to feed the youth in Maury County by providing on average 5,000 meals a day, and a Yeee Haw to you and your crew.
