The federal programs office is tasked with managing and administering all federal funds awarded to MCPS through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015. Each grant has unique grant requirements that must be managed at the district level to ensure compliance with grant requirements and to ensure that funds are utilized to provide the most effective results for students.
